“BEWARE! Not same day service, they took 3 days to finish a job that would take someone else 1 day to do. We had a blocked sewerage pipe due to tree roots, was initially quoted $1200 which was reasonable – they came back the next day (we were under the impression they would finish everything) they just dug a 2 meter hole exposing the leaking pipe – which they left us with ALL WEEKEND. They then turned up after the weekend, dug a bigger hole and claimed the job would take another $2500, taking it up to $3700!!!! FOR WHAT? Laying PVC piping which costs around $20 a meter??…… When I said I wouldnt pay until I received an itemised account, stating what everything cost on company letterhead, they kind of looked at me blankly and wanted the ‘boss’ to come and speak to me….end of the day the work was done, but I have no idea if it was done properly – will have to wait and see if I have problems again to know for sure.”
