Reviews

“Mark and the team at Bend and Mend are great sports physiotherapists, after injuring my shoulder from playing sport. They were able to fix my pain issues after 8 weeks of treatment. If you are looking for a experienced and professional physiotherapist based in Sydney CBD do not hesitate to contact Bend & Mend.”

“Friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful”

“Have been getting treatment from Bend and Mend for >5 years for various sporting related ailments and have found the staff to be professional, friendly and very effective. Location very convenient as well. Would definitely recommend Bend and Mend.”

“I have been going to Mend and Bend for ten years. They have seen me through bulging disks, knee surgery and more recently a broken shoulder and subsequent reconstruction surgery which along with a series of ad hoc injuries (horses and a body that breaks frequently seems to be the go), I have kept them busy! Mark and Fiona (and some of the other fabulous physios) at Mend and Bend, have supported me through some really tough rehabilitations. After my shoulder surgery, I was told to expect to regain only 60 – 70% rotation in my shoulder … but thanks to a great surgeon and very importantly, fantastic post surgery treatment through physio and Pilates, within 12 months I had regained full rotation in my shoulder. Miraculous! Mark and Fiona together seemed to be on a personal mission to get me back to full and proper fitness, and they did. I was told not to expect to be back on a horse within 6 -9 months and that I wouldn’t compete for a year – well I was in the saddle again within 10 weeks and competing 3 months later. The holistic approach to rehabilitation through physio and where appropriate, Pilates, is really unique.

I have much to thank the guys and gals at Mend and Bend for … it is wonderful to see how they have built such a great business but yet, are able to retain a wonderfully warm and personal approach to how they engage with clients. I cannot recommend Mend and Bend more highly.”

“Staffed by professional physiotherapists, this is the place to come if you want decent pilates classes in the city.
The groups sessions cover reformer, bench and ball work and each class is personalised for you.
I’m personally here for the pregnancy pilates and can’t recommend highly enough!”
