“Had my first visit at this salon yesterday, was very friendly service and nice looking salon, was pleased with my cut and olaplex treatment however I did pay for a full head of blonde foils and was disappointed that I left with the same brown hair colour just with a tinge of caramel orange through the top, can’t see much difference really was expecting to leave more blonde ready for my holiday….. was disappointed that I spent $182 and when I got home my partner couldn’t even tell I had anything done, I did send a pm and I am still awaiting a return call :-(”

“Very dissapointed with the service i recieved. I went in with a warm blonde hair colour and came out exactly the same colour. Being a uni student i cant afford to get my hair done all the time now i have to pay someone else to redo it. You expect to see a difference after a bleach session but even my family didnt think i had anything done. Not very happy at all.”
