“I hated this place – the staff were unfriendly, they didn’t even ask my name the whole time I was there, the chairs and wash station were suited only to short people (I’m 5’10” and had to sit hunched and uncomfortable for the whole wash, cut and colour), the girl who washed my hair had hands which reeked of cigarette smoke and they dyed the skin on my face and neck brown with the hair dye – I now have large coloured splotches all over my face which I now have to spend my night trying to scrub off with toothpaste and bi-carb. A really infuriating experience.”

“I asked for 2 shades of foils, they gave me only one, and painted just past the roots so my hair is multi-toned. I paid for a treatment, they used only conditioner. Towels smelt horrible. I left with orangey-yellow patchy hair that smelt like wet towels and was dry as straw. Hands down, worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.”
