“Went into this hairdresser some time ago. The women were very talkative and friendly. However, I was not impressed with a big bill only to walk out with soaking wet hair. Perhaps I should have said something but maybe I was in shock….still recovering from the bill. Perhaps also a good idea if you are quoted cost and communication is better on their side in that they first explain everything they are doing and that you as the client is happy with what they plan on doing to your hair and also agree on the cost. Have not gone back.”
