“I was very disappointed in the phone manner of David. I had used them before and the actual plumber that did the work was lovely so I overlooked the rudeness of his boss on the phone. They knew I wanted further work done but when I rang back to book it in David was extremely rude and said they didn’t want any more work. If you don’t want customers don’t do a mail drop asking for business! This is the first time I have ever posted a review on any site that’s how annoyed I am about it.”

“The first time I engaged these people a few years ago, they were fantastic. On time, courteous and identified and solved my problem quickly. Just now I tried to use them again for another job, but twice the staff I spoke to promised to come by and look at my problem, but they neither showed up nor rang me to let me know. I had to call 3 times to ask if they were coming. Totally unprofessional! Are they rotating different plumbers? I’d love to have the original people back!”

“Rude and unprofessional! Left them a voice message but didn’t get any responses back then the someone hanged up on me during a conversation which was condescending and plain rude. All around bad experience! Will never use again :(“
