We are excited to announce our latest piece of equipment, the KJ 5000 Water Jetter, which will clear even the toughest drain or sewer blockage. It produces 5000psi of water pressure to handle any commercial and domestic pipe cleaning.

This machine can blast and cut through sludge, soap, grease, tree roots, sediment blockages and old rusty pipes all without the use of harmful chemicals.

Due to the efficiency of the Water Jetter we are able to clear blockages much faster, saving you money.

CCTV Drain and Inspection Camera

A & B Allen Plumbing uses the latest technology of CCTV cameras which sends a live feed to a screen beside the plumber who is feeding the drain camera in to the pipe. The greatest advantage with this type of inspection is being able to see what originally caused the blockage, the condition of the internal pipe, whether the line is broken, collapsed or if there were tree roots entering the pipe.

A CCTV drain camera can travel 100 metres (300 feet) down a pipe which will cover all of residential dwellings. The footage may even be stored on a DVD for future reference, or if the customer is not at home. Storing the footage is great for home owners and real estate agents to have a documented copy of the properties plumbing.

In conjunction with the CCTV we are able to inspect the smallest spaces in roof and wall cavities under floors to determine where leaks are originating from.

This letter explains to the Landlord that if they do not service gas appliances, they are liable and NOT the Real Estate Agent.
