About Delvin Health Retreat in Melbourne

Delvin Health Retreat is a boutique day spa in the Dandenong Ranges one hour east of the city of Melbourne, Victoria. Set on one and a half acres of tranquil gardens, Delvin is a large home with pampering rooms, rest rooms, a guest lounge and a large deck for clients.

What can we do for you?

There is a 6 to 7 hour health package available, designed for rest and relaxation, pampering, weight loss, general fatigue, stress management, personal counselling, relationship or marriage counselling. The Package can include counselling, massage, facial, yoga, meditation, guided forest walks, personal development, exercise and lunch at a local cafe. Everything in the package is optional. You may also come for just an hour or two for one or more of these services above.

What Delvin’s services are like.

Briefly, counselling is based on a holistic approach to life, incorporating mind body spirit with an accent on the spiritual growth of the individual. Massage is Swedish style which incorporates Relaxation, Sports, Therapeutic, Deep Tissue and Remedial with a bit of Bowen therapy as well. Please tell the therapist how you like your massage just like you would tell a hair dresser how you would like your hair cut. Facials are luxury facials which cover a cleanse, steamer, pore cleansing mask, exfoliation, face massage, toner and moisturiser – products are chemical free and natural. Yoga and meditation can be combined or Guided Meditation is also done to assist in achieving relaxation or changing things in your life you want to change. Both Yoga and Meditation are suitable for beginners to advanced. Forest walks can be leisurely or a power walk or somewhere in between lasting up to an hour ot two.

Remedial And Therapeutic $60 Per Hour

Mike does Remedial massage for people suffering from back aches, neck aches or any soreness or loss of movement whether cronic or acute on any part of the body. Mike has four years experience in treating players at the Carlton Football Club and Thirteen years experience as a remedial masseur.

Relaxation $60 Per Hour

Mike does Relaxation massage for everybody for complete relaxation. Just say how you like the pressure and enjoy the massage and environment at our day spa in Melbourne.

Sports And Deep Tissue $60 Per Hour

Mike does sporting massage for all sporting activities, for men and women, Experience includes the Hawthorn Weightlifting Gym and the Carlton Football Club.

Pregnancy And Lymphatic Drainage $60 Per Hour

Mike is experienced in pregnancy massage and also does lymphatic drainage

 Deluxe Facials $60 Per Hour

Facials are done with natural products and are suitable for the most sensitive skins.

The treatment includes a cleanse, steamer, pore cleansing mask, facial massage, toner and moisturiser.
