“There are a handful of beauty/nail salons in the shopping centre, but I chose AB Absolute Beauty because unlike the bigger chain salons, it didn’t smell like chemicals. Surprisingly, it was also cheaper ($35 for a mani+pedi with polish). It’s a small little salon tucked away in the bottom corner of Top Ryde City, but it gets busy at times. When it’s quiet, one girl will do your pedicure while the other does your manicure. The massage chairs are also big and comfy. The girls at AB Absolute Beauty are attentive and do a good job with your nails. I could tell that they were speaking about me in Vietnamese when I put away my rings for my hand massage and each time my husband walked in, BUT for the price they charge and the overall service I got, I’m willing to put up with being spoken about in any language.”
