I graduated with a Diploma of Remedial Massage at the end of 2004. After that I spent some time working at luxury spas. I was very lucky to have been mentored by therapists with many years experience and it changed my philosophy about massage.

To me a massage is an experience that makes you feel good while it is happening, but you get up off the table and you feel loose, light and relaxed. I can definitely do deep tissue work, but my motto is comfortably uncomfortable or as TCM puts it exquisite pain.

I specialize in loosening tight shoulders, easing headaches and relieving back pain.
