We quality check every item ordered and measure all garments to ensure the garment is to sizing specification of the manufacturer. If there are any issues we address this with the manufacturer and organize replacements before decoration.

We offer a mobile service where we come to you with samples and will come and size your team, once you decide on the uniforms you would like.

We provide superior embroidery and screen printing services which is second to none and professional alterations service for purchased uniforms.

Terms and Conditions
Turn-around time is approx. 3 weeks from order date to dispatch date.

Urgent orders required inside the usual turnaround time will attract an urgent order surcharge, which is $30 on orders under the value of $300, or 10% of the total order for orders over $300, plus express freighting costs.

If for any reason there is a delay with your order we will contact your directly.

A 50% deposit is required when your order is placed and the balance to be paid on or before collection or dispatch.

Please ensure you read care instructions before washing garments.

Absolute Apparel accepts no responsibly for incorrect laundering.

Returns & Credits
Returns due to change of mind or providing us with incorrect sizing or garment information, can be exchanged, and a restocking fee of $30.00 will apply.

Garments that have been screen printed, embroidered or decorated in any way cannot be returned unless faulty.

Goods cannot be returned for credit after 10 days from dispatch date of order. Discrepancy claims against orders will only be accepted within 5 working days from receipt of order.

It is the customer’s responsibility to inform Absolute Apparel if an order does not arrive. Once you inform us, we will make enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery due to courier or postal delays.

In accordance with our terms and conditions herein, it is agreed that a late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle cancellation of an order.

Shipping Policy
Shipping costs

Nationwide –
1 kg satchel – $12.00 + GST

3 kg satchel – $15.00 + GST

5 kg satchel – $22.00 + GST
Local Orders – East Coast – Ballina – Gympie, $13.00 + GST per box.
In any instance where delivery restrictions apply or in the event of large orders of bulky or heavy items, the prices quoted online for delivery charges may differ. We will avoid this wherever possible and will contact you by email or phone to inform you of the correct price that will be charged prior to shipping your products.

We reserve the right to charge additional freight in cases where deliveries are returned to us, due to customer being unavailable to sign for the package or has not organized an alternative delivery arrangements. We recommend an authority to leave be noted in the comments section of the order process to avoid delays and charges in the unlikely event of a failed delivery.

If you wish to use your own courier service, we are happy to oblige; just provide us with these details in the “Shipping Instructions” section when you place your order. We will contact you when your order is ready for dispatch so you can organize your courier to collect.
