I started in the industry in 1998 as a counsellor for Lifeline, while at the same time practicing as a Reiki therapist. I now draw from a number of modalities and belief that I am a simple facilitator, assisting my clients to achieve profound change in their lives and connect to their life purpose.

I believe in a gentle approach to therapy and that if there is emotional, structural or nutritional stress will be reflected in a persons body, mind or spirit.

I love the fitness industry and have been involved in it for most of my life, playing footy, being a personal trainer, and winning championships in taikwondo and body building.

I understand how the body works and treat from a functional wholistic perspective ensuring that exercise & rehabilitation techniques are tailored to each client. This is presented using basic equipment such as swiss balls and medicine balls.

Spiritual Hypnotherapy

Slip into timelessness and allow us to facilitate your journey into your own subconscious. Uncover the answers to your questions and find out what is holding you back to bring about transformational change. Specialising in Past Life Regression (PLR) and Life Between Life (LBL) regressions. Kinesiology

Relax as we explore and restore balance to your body, mind and spiritual needs. Combining eastern philosophy with chiropractic techniques to facilitate major change. Aromatherapy

Float away while your body is nurtured with organic oils massaged into the skin. Foot baths and reflexology can be incorporated into the treatment. Gentle, relaxing, rejuvenating. Sessions: $85 (60 min), $125 (90)

Bowen Therapy

Release and let go with gentle Bowen moves. After teaching Bowen Therapy for 4 years we find Bowen is the gentlest modality to release muscle tension, treat visceral conditions and speed recovery from injury. Sessions: $85 (60 min),

Massage

Using Swedish massage techniques to address areas of pain, tension and stress with long sweeping strokes, kneading and tapping to release stress and tension in specific muscles and the body. (No deep tissue work)
Sessions: $65 (45 min), $85 (60 min), $125 (90)

Workshops

Sharing the wisdom in group settings on a range of complementary medicine topics. Workshops range from 1 hour to 2 days depending upon the topic and can be facilitated in a workplace, learning centre or appropriate venue. Some previous workshops include: Stretching in the Workplace, Meditation, Self Reflexology, Group Essence, 10 Aspects of Wellness.
