“Absolutely Fabulous was Absolutely Disgusting. This salon is filthy and grotty and in major need of a decent scrub. If I had not already paid Groupon for the service, I would have walked out after 10 minutes. Firstly they didn’t have any record of my appt and I later learnt they had changed appt books and not transferred the info across. The so-called therapist told me this herself. The treatment room was freezing, when I mentioned this I was told ‘that’s why we have towels’. I was then covered up with a towel that was dirty, the head band put around my head to hold my hair back was wet which would have made me even more cold. I asked if I could have a dry one and was told that they were all in the dryer. Luckily they found one that was dry but I was impressed with how unprepared they were. I was booked in to get eye lash extensions done and the therapist said she couldn’t apply them because I had mascara on, I suggested she remove the mascara but she refused. She said ‘that’s not part of the service’. As it happens I don’t carry eye makeup remover with me everywhere I go so I suggested that it would have been helpful to tell me to bring remover or not wear mascara when I made the appointment. The therapist then told me it was common sense. Speaking of common sense, I think it is common sense to NOT leave the treatment door open while a client is receiving a treatment and to NOT spend the duration of that time talking with other staff members while your poor client lays there listening to you. It would also be common sense to not complain about being bullied by Groupon into providing the very treatment that your client is receiving because you don’t make any profit from it. You won’t be making any profit from me ever because this was the WORST beauty salon I have EVER been to and the so-called therapist was so unprofessional and the 2 hours that I was in her company are 2 hours of my life I will never get back. She went from telling me how I should treat my cancer (by eating apricots) to how pharmaceutical companies make sure cancer isn’t truly cured so they can make money by providing more treatment. As a cancer sufferer who just so happens to work for a pharmaceutical company, this went down a treat. Shame she couldn’t find the time to tell me how to care for the lashes she had applied. This therapist needs to go right back to basics and learn how to treat clients”

“Really not happy the mannerism of the staff was barely friendly. Worst facial ive ever had complete waste of my money. Also the staff offered to wax my eye brows, the staff made them different widths and missed hair all around them. Lucky i had time to get them fixed. I will never go back”
