Active Spirit Fitness & Massage Therapy is owned and operated by husband and wife team Alex and Amber Forder. Business headquarters is in their home in Dee Why.

We pride ourselves on our personal approach to you, your fitness and wellbeing.

Our aim is for you to get the best out of your body and live life to the fullest. Whether it’s losing centimetres off your stomach or releasing some stress, we can get you back to your best.

With a range of packages and specials available we are confident that we can fit into any budget.​

Amber Forder

Personal Trainer

Amber has always enjoyed outdoor activities, whether it be swimming, archery or bike riding, but her fitness journey started when she signed up to do a 100 km hike to raise money for charity – it was while training for this event that she noticed what your body can do when you push yourself.

Amber completed her Cert 4 in Fitness and Personal Training and started training clients in a gym environment. During her time there Amber trained great clients and helped them achieve amazing results. She also ran popular intense small group Personal Training classes that focused on Functional exercise.

She now offers  a variety of Personal Training and Group Fitness options to cater to your needs.

Alex Forder

Massage Thera

Alex was born with a natural ability for massage. From a young age he was ‘hands on’ with family members and always eager to find someone new with tense muscles to relax. After over 10 years in an unrelated industry, Alex took the leap to become qualified in massage therapy and do what he was always meant to do.

Alex holds a Certificate IV in Massage Therapy from Evolve College (formerly Australian College of Massage), current first aid certificate & CPR and is now undertaking further studies to become a Remedial Massage Therapist.

He currently offers an amazing, soothing relaxation massage based on a mixture of Swedish and modern techniques.

30 Minute Therapeutic Massage

This massage is great for people who are a bit short on time or who have a specific area they want worked on. Choose from back, front, lower or upper body,
$35 for 30 minutes

60 Minute Relaxation Massage

This is a full body massage incorporating a mixture of techniques proven to relax both body and mind. You will leave lighter and more invigorated after this massage.
