“I am very dissapointed in this business. They took my money for an item they did not have in stock that they were going to get in for me, they forgot to do that so they said they would post it to me. It did not come and they basically did not care one bit, never followed it up or ever returned any of my calls. Basically once I paid, I was forgotten, they got their money and no longer cared about me. They refuse to give me a refund, they even lied to Department of Fair Trading saying they would refund me but never did. Disgusting customer service especially from a small business. It is safer to shop at department stores. I have never been treated so badly.”
