Clinical and teaching experience

My clinical experience in working with adults, children and adolescents extends over many years.

I have extensive teaching experience in providing supervision for mental health professionals in training and in their professional practice, as well as conducting seminars in formal psychotherapy training programs and by private arrangement.

Professional supervision is also available via Skype.

I conduct infant observation seminars in formal psychotherapy training programs and by private arrangement.

My professional qualifications
– Bachelor of Arts
– Diploma Social Studies
– Master Child Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy

Services

I offer medium-term and long-term psychoanalytic psychotherapy, with short-term therapy also an option.

I work with people experiencing depression, anxiety, self esteem issues, trauma, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, social difficulties, health related issues, eating disorders, family of origin and background issues, experiences of sexual and emotional abuse, life adjustment difficulties and other issues.

I work with adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, self esteem issues, eating disorders, difficulties at school, trauma and loss, family conflict and social difficulties.

I work with children with behavioural difficulties, difficulties at school and in the family, and trauma and loss. I also work with parents experiencing difficulties and concerns about their children.

I see couples who want to work on their relationship or who are contemplating separation.
