“After an hour of jean shopping I walked into Jay Jays at Kippa-Ring about ready to give up on life. The lovely Jarrah asked me how my day was and I spilled all my troubles on her, my body is put together all wrong, jeans aren’t made to suit me, I can’t find size 14 in stock anywhere, I hate shopping etc etc. Despite it being late on a Saturday my whinging was met with a smile and a confident “we’ll find just the right pair and they will look great on you”. She was right I walked out with 3 pairs of jeans and they cost less than one pair of the brand I usually buy. While I was occupied (doing a happy dance and checking myself out in the change room) Jill assisted my kid in selecting a jumper in the right size. These ladies changed the outlook of my day. I was ready to return home empty handed and miserable but instead I walked out of there with multiple pairs of jeans that I love (and have been approved by my teenage daughter �) and a massive smile. Jarrah and Jill showed exceptional customer service and they are real asset to your brand.”

“Love shopping at Jay Jays Loganholme Hyperdome. Always friendly and helpful. I buy so much Jay Jays that you may as well hire me! (�� nudge nudge) only minor issue i have is that when the Harry Potter range is out there isn’t enough Hufflepuff. Mostly Gryffindor merch. Still buy though.”

I’m never the type to leave comments but Kiara was just simply admirable. After working long hours, anyone would be damn tired yet Kiara maintained her professionalism and enthusiasm. I felt so welcomed the moment I stepped into the store, the amount of times Kiara went back and forth to check if an item I wanted was in stock was tremendously commendable.
