<p>Located on leafy Petra St, across from Bicton Central ‘Blooms’ was started in 2002.</p>
<p>Kathy Press, the owner, was inspired to open a shop to cater for local women who wanted quality garments and beautiful labels without all the hassle of going to a big shopping centre.</p>
<p>She sources labels from all over the world, and is always on the lookout for something new and unique.</p>
