Canto is a clothing brand born in Sydney Australia.
I believe that beauty, diversity and refinement must be inclusive in expression of arts; that honesty, moderation, collaboration and reciprocity must prevail over triviality, selfishness and greed in business; that, as individuals, we have the power, through our daily actions, to release forces that integrate our world.
Fashion is a term associated with an activity that has acquired negative connotations along its evolution and it is vain to deny the harmful consequences of the questionable practices that govern it nowadays. On the other hand clothing design and manufacturing (which are much broader terms) are arts that have accompanied the evolution of mankind and must be preserved as praiseworthy as any other human activity that contributes positively to the advancement of our civilisation. 
So as a clothing designer I founded Canto to be able to communicate my story of clothing business. Each piece in Canto is made individually and the collections are deliberately labour intensive, we hope you can feel the love that we put in creating and delivering each piece.
