EXPRESS AUSTRALIA-WIDE DELIVERY
Express shipping to Australian addresses is AU$20 and takes 1-3 days.
Deliveries within Australia Orders will be delivered within seven (7) working days.
Parcels within Australia will be sent via Australia post unless otherwise specified.
Please use the “delivery instructions” field of the shipping page if you have any specific instructions otherwise the package will be delivered as per below:
If your address is a PO Box or a unit address the delivery will be sent via Australia Post. If you are not at home when the package is delivered a card will be left in your mail box and you will be required to collect your package form the address noted on the card, usually the nearest Australia post office.
OUT OF STOCK
If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will attempt to locate your item at another store and dispatch to you as soon as the item becomes available. No additional postage charges will apply. We will notify you if the item has sold out across all stores.
ONLINE RETURNS INFORMATION Need to return something? It couldn’t be easier. You can now return and exchange your purchase to any of our NONI B stores or back to our online store.
RETURNS POLICY FOR ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE If you are not entirely happy with your online purchase, please post the return to us Australia Post or local postal authority, within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
All eligible online returns require:
Items must be in new and original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets attached. Tax Invoice must be provided as proof of purchase. Completed webshop Returns Form which was also enclosed with your purchase. If you need another copy it can be found here The items are returned within 30 days of the date shown on the tax invoice. If one item is returned that was part of a ‘2 for’ or ‘Spend & Save’ deal, the garment will be refunded at the discounted price or as the percentage price as calculated by NONI B which was paid and not the original full price.
Please note customers are responsible for the cost of postage for all returns, with the exception of faulty items or incorrect items. If your item is faulty, please contact our Customer Care team to arrange a return in this instance.
