 DELIVERY & HANDLING : Our delivery system is very simple and convenient to use. We have implemented a fixed rate of delivery or shipping and that is for every purchase below $49 it is $9.90 for customers inside Australia & New Zealand . Anything above $49 has FREE shipping. For customers outside Australia & NZ, the overseas shipping charge is $14.90 anything below $150 and purchase above $150 is free at its delivery & handling. Please be informed that Free shipping is only applied to the order total of stock at Checkout over $99 not including redemption offer code. For example, in case you ordered a product that costs your $120 and it has a discount of $30 that makes $90 as your final payment. So, here the FREE shipping will not be applied and you have to pay $10 as the shipping charge.
ORDER SAFE WITH US. Please be assured that all the packages we send you are all registered e-parcel service with a required signature. You are requested to add your preferred location address while you checkout. YES, we do deliver to PO Boxes.
BACKORDERED STOCK: Please note in case we are out of stock of a particular item you want, we will contact you and arrange several shipments so as to complete your order, without increasing the total shipping and handling charge
Customs and Import Taxes/ Duties: Your order may be subjected to GST, VAT or import taxes and/or duties when it reaches in your country. This charge is dependent on the dollar amount and item types you made a purchase on. Please note as we cannot predict these charges, Blush Bras and Lingerie ships your products “duty/tax unpaid” and does not collect them. In case any such charges are applicable, you will be informed by the local customs services. please contact your local customs office or a customs broker for any further information on importation duty and taxes
Shipping Restrictions: There are some products which might be having restrictions in their selling in some countries and also beauty products cannot be shipped for they contain flammable liquid. For such items, you will be informed that they cannot be shipped to the delivery address you mention.
Exchanges And Returns

In case you are unsatisfied with the size or style you order us, after being shipped to you, you have open option to return and receive a store credit or exchange them. It is advised you send us your package via a traceable and insured/registers prepaid method so as to keep an intact protection.  We also recommend you to give us a call or email us before you return the items and make us know if you want it to return for receiving a credit note or you want to exchange and make purchase on other products matching your style & size.
Presents & Gifts  It is no problem to exchange your gift items. Simply notify us when returning the items and let us know your right size & style.
Store Credit:
There is no adminstration fee for store credit.
Re-delivery fee on exchanges
For exchanging items & redelivery please include a paid registered post bag with your items for return or exchange or else make a $9.90 payment for re-delivery. This fees is applicable for customers residing in Australia. Overseas customers do need to contact us for getting information on the delivery fees which is based on the location the exchanged item is to be redelivered.
Please make sure all the products sent to us for exchange or return are unused, unwashed and with labels attached to them. Also keep a note to return your items in case of any issue within 30 days of period to the address mentioned above. We will store credit your original payment method excluding delivery  and gift wrapping. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card. Make a note, stockings, hosiery, specialty and custom made items cannot be returned.
Gift Wrapping 
We’ll send your gifts in a beautiful alligator skin embossed white or pink box complete with satin ribbon.  A personalised message can be printed and attached if requested.
No pricing details are sent to the recipient but size/ style exchanges are still available for them.
Simply choose your items and proceed to checkout.  At the checkout write your personal note in the message-box provided and tick the gift wrapping box.  We will do the rest!
