We offer a Professional Embroidery and Screen Printing Service for corporate, club and personal requirements! With hundred’s of happy clients, we are experts in creating and managing all your embroidery and screen printing needs from start to finish. Your logo or design can be applied to almost all workwear garments such as jackets, shirts and pants. PLUS this month we are offering FREE setup and digitisation of your logo or design! How to get started If you need to select garments for embroidery or screen printing first:
Visit our Workwear page or Uniform page. Make a note of any styles you like, then complete the quote form below (noting supplier name, colour, style and quantity required). Please include a high resolution digital image of your logo (JPEG, GIF, TIFF, PDF or EPS format). We will send you a quote or give you a call if we need to clarify anything. Minimum order quantity of 10 applies.

Cost and lead times Artwork Preparation There is a one off charge of $50 (excl. GST) to setup and digitise your logo. For the month of August we are offering free setup and digitisation of your logo – you SAVE $50!
Embroidery Cost per garment is typically around $7 – $9 (excl. GST) for a single standard logo.
Screen Printing Cost per garment varies depending on the colour of your logo/design and quantity. We will supply a quote upon application.
Minimum order quantity of 10 garments is required.
Delivery Your order is shipped FREE of charge, Australia wide.
Lead Time Once artwork is approved, lead time is approximately 5-10 working days.

Returns & Exchanges
At WorkwearHub, we are not happy unless you are happy.You can return your purchase for an exhange or a full refund within 100 days of purchase. The only condition is your purchase must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached and returned in the original packaging.
To return your purchase, please follow the steps below:
Contact us by Email or Phone first and request a Return Merchandise Authorisation Number (RMA). This is so we can manage your returned item. Email returns@workwearhub.com.au or call Toll Free PH 1300 488 573. Complete the returns form found in your post bag. Please remember to include the RMA number and reason for return. Take the Australia Post Returns Label out of the bag that was sent with your order. You will need this. Re-wrap the item to be returned so that it is in the same condition as you received it and place it back in the original post bag. Peel off the BOTTOM HALF of the Australia Post Returns label. This has the tracking number and barcode on it for your records. This is for you to keep. Affix the rest of the Australia Post label to the outside of the parcel, making sure to cover the original address label to avoid confusion. original condition Shoes or boxed items will not be accepted for return without their original boxes intact and in original condition. These boxes are considered part of the product. If your item shows any evidence of wear (including, but is not limited to, deodorant, cologne or cigarette smells, rips, tears, stains, bent or damaged product tags) it will be returned to you and your refund voided. Please try on shoes or boots on a carpeted surface to ensure no damage occurs to the soles. Shoes showing signs of wear on the sole, or with a missing or damaged box, will not be accepted for return.
Refunds We will refund your purchase within 7-10 days of receiving the item. Your refund will be issued through the same payment method used to make the original purchase. If the product was ordered with a promotional voucher or coupon, we reserve the right to refund any amounts due to you by issuing you a voucher to the value of the order.
Exchanges If you would like to exchange your goods we recommend placing a new order on our website for the exchange product at the same time as returning your original items for refund to avoid exchange items selling out. Please let us know this when you call.
Faulty Products Our Quality Control team try to ensure that all products are of a high quality when they leave the warehouse. In the rare circumstance that your item has a defect, please send it back to us with the Return Form filled out and the goods will be assessed. We may also consult with the supplier and/or manufacturer. If the product is found to be faulty you will receive a full refund, otherwise the product will be returned to you. This may take longer than 7-10 days as a third party may be involved in the assessment process.

$9.95 Flat Rate Shipping Australia Wide! We offer Flat Rate Shipping Australia Wide. Regardless of how many items your order, you will never pay more than $9.95 shipping per order. We use Australia Post eParcel Service and Fastway Couriers. If we receive your order before 1pm Monday – Friday AEST, and your item is in stock, your order will be shipped from our warehouse on the same day. Please allow delivery time thereafter. Some of our products are shipped directly from our Partner Warehouses’ to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.
Express Shipping Please give us a call or email to organise Express Shipping Australia Wide using Australia Post eParcel Service. Click HERE to check if your postcode is in the Australia Post Express Delivery Zone.
WA PLEASE NOTE: Most of Western Australia is not in an Express Delivery Zone. If outside of Perth CBD, Express Shipping to WA normally takes between 2-4 days.
Delivery Times Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, delivery time will depend on your location. See below.
EASTERN AUSTRALIA (metro areas) You can expect delivery within 2-3 working days. WESTERN AUSTRALIA (metro areas) You can expect delivery within 4-6 working days. RURAL AND REGIONAL AREAS Delivery to rural and regional areas generally takes up to 7 working days.
EXPRESS DELIVERY (if you are in the Australia Post Express Delivery Zone) You can expect delivery the next business day if ordered by 1pm. EXPRESS DELIVERY WA (or if you are outside the Express Delivery Zone) You can expect delivery within 2-4 business day if ordered by 1pm.
Order Tracking You will receive an email to track your order when it is shipped from our warehouse. Your email will contain a Tracking ID Number and a link so that you can check the delivery status of your order online with Australia Post or Fastway Couriers.
Signing for Delivery of your Order When your order is delivered it will require your signature. If you will not be home to sign for your delivery, please select “Authority to Leave” in the shopping cart. Your order can then be delivered without requiring a signature. If you do not select Authority to Leave and you are not at home when your order arrives, a calling card will be left.

Changing Your Shipping Address Your shipping address can be changed as long as your order has not left the WorkwearHub warehouse. To change your shipping address, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible on 1300 488 573 or email service@workwearhub.com.au stating your order number and new shipping address.
International Shipping Please call 1300 488 573 or email service@workwearhub.com.au for a quote to ship an order outside of Australia.
Public Holidays We do not ship orders on Queensland Public Holidays.

Order Acceptance Your receipt of an electronic or other order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order or our offer to sell. WorkwearHub reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We also reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
Order Cancellation You may cancel you order before the order is dispatched by WorkwearHub and we will refund you in full for the orders cancelled. We will not charge you a cancellation fee. However, once the order is dispatched for delivery you are unable to cancel the order but may return the order as outlined in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
WorkwearHub reserves the right to cancel your order if we are unable to process payment on the credit card provided or you provide unauthorised payment details; if the personal details you provide are invalid; or if, when required you are not able to provide satisfactory proof of identity. In addition, WorkwearHub reserves the right to cancel your order if the product has become unavailable or if, for any reason, we believe we cannot successfully complete delivery.
WorkwearHub will attempt to notify you before cancelling your order.
Account Suspension and Termination WorkwearHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice to you, if you breach these Terms and Conditions. If your account is suspended or terminated, you will not be able to access the Website.
In the event of Account Suspension or Termination and you are waiting delivery of products, WorkwearHub reserves the right to cancel your order. A refund may be issued to the credit card provided during the purchase process.
Delivery WorkwearHub offers shipping within Australia as detailed in our Shipping Policy. The delivery times provided are estimates only.
It might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your Order and arrange for cancellation of the Order or delivery to an alternative delivery address.
We deliver in our standard packaging. Any special packaging requested by you is subject to additional charges.
WorkwearHub will not be accountable for late deliveries or loss or for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
Acceptance of Goods On delivery of the order, you agree to inspect the goods for any faults, defects or damage and notify us within 5 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.
Returns and Refunds You may return items purchased at WorkwearHub for a full refund within 100 days of purchase. To qualify for a full refund items must be in an unworn, undamaged and unmarked condition and in their original undamaged packaging and labelling.
You are responsible for the postage of returning products purchased. Upon receipt of the product, you may choose to return the product to WorkwearHub for a full refund if the product is faulty when you receive it. Faults will be assessed by our Customer Service Team and we may also consult with the supplier and/or manufacturer. If the product is found to be faulty you will receive a full refund, otherwise the product will be returned to you.
Refunds will be issued in accordance with our Returns Policy and will only be made to the original account used for payment. In some limited circumstances we may make a refund to an alternate account if the original has been cancelled or is not available. WorkwearHub will not consider requests for refunds after 100 days of purchase, unless the product is deemed faulty by our Customer Service Team.

Loss of Goods The risk of loss of goods shall be passed to you upon our delivery of the product to WorkwearHub’s nominated delivery company. WorkwearHub will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or liability as a result of this authority.
Warranties It is your responsibility to ensure that the products purchased are sufficient and suitable for your purposes and meet your individual requirements. We do not warrant that the products will meet your individual requirements.
All warranties offered are the manufacturer’s warranties and not that of WorkwearHub.
Promotions WorkwearHub may use promotional vouchers or coupons for products on the site. If you have a promotional voucher, that voucher can be used by someone other than you and you can assign your rights to use that voucher. The value and expiry is specified on the voucher. Vouchers may only be redeemed once during checkout on WorkwearHub and by clicking “Apply Coupon”.
Vouchers CANNOT be used in conjunction with other promotional vouchers, used on sale items or redeemed for cash. Individual brands may be excluded from voucher promotions.
If you place an order for a product less than the value of the promotional voucher, no refund or residual credit will be returned to you.
Furthermore, if the credit of a promotional voucher is insufficient for the order you wish to make, you may make up the difference through payment.
Fixed dollar discount coupons can only be applied to orders of $30 or more.
Disputes Your satisfaction is important to us and we welcome your feedback – good and bad. If you have a complaint please let us know via Contact Us. We will try to address your concerns as soon as reasonably possible and will contact you on receipt of any relevant enquiry or complaint. In some cases, the manufacturer or other third party may be involved, and as such it may take longer to resolve such an enquiry or complaint.
In the event of a complaint it will help us if you can describe the object of your complaint as accurately as possible and, where applicable, send us copies of the order or at least the order number that we assign you in the Acknowledgement or Confirmation of Order.
