“Went into the Rockingham,WA store the other week and bought a heap of stuff for me to wear Maternity and when in hospital… the lady was so lovely and patient at the register and asked if we were part of the club and mentioned the birthday discount… I didn’t realise I had got the birthday email as my birthday was just weeks before and most of the emails I get are about specials…. she was patient and I found the email so she went back thru my large pile of clothing and gave me the discount to every eligible item… she knew we had a fair bit so when some other customers started to queue up she called someone else to assist and serve them. Not once did she complain or show signs of annoyance… she was very lovely and also mentioned that if I get lots of double ups at my baby shower and they have tags still on I can exchange for other items… was a very lovely experience and will definitely be going back!”
“Your Pacific Epping ,Victoria store manager Natalie is a disgrace. I had queried her about a price that was plastered all over a pyjama area that were licensed pjs for $13. went to register and they scanned at $20. Another lady and Natalie then went down and removed the signage from the rack. I asked if she was going to give them to me at the price , she chuffed and said NO .. I then commented Fine , I wont be back.. I decided a minute later to return thru the store and she was in the middle of the store having a laugh with her co-worker at how she did not care about me , whether I came back or not as a customer. Words were bad luck , I then caught her out and questioned her as to why she was bagging me out. I had my children with me and there were other customers around . This was very embarrassing for me .. Natalie has NO customer service skills as a Manager and should be disciplined on how to treat customers with respect and not run a ship like a highschool yard full of bitchy teenage girls ..I wont be back to the store. I was suppose to receive a call today from the regional manager , Rebecca.. Still no call … Very disgusted!!!!”
“I just want to say what wonderful customer service I got at the Erina store by lovely staff member Bree. My daughter needed a larger size in a dress for a dance concert which the store was sold out of. The only other available dress was at a store about 40 minutes away. Bree could see I had three kids including a newborn and offered to go and swap the dress for me herself as she was going near the store the following day. She did this in her own time, without fuss, just because she is a lovely person and wanted to help a customer. I don’t usually shop at Best&Less but now I will because of this!”
“I am extremely disgusted with the customer service I experienced at your tweed heads store yesterday! I am a bigger woman, I am well aware of that. However to have two young and very rude girls snicker at each other behind the counter about the size of clothes I was purchasing is totally rude and humiliating. Not to mention I had my 9 year old and 5 year old girls with me. My 9 year old picked up on this mean behaviour and is very upset. I have been bullied about my weight my whole life and will not tolerate it anymore! I have their name and hope they lean that it is not ok to treat people in such Mean manner!”
“My daughter was interested in a nightie we saw at your Browns Plains QLD store and they didn’t have her size. We were told one of the girls out the back could see if another store had it for us. We ended up finding that it was at Carindale and they would hold for us. The young lady at the store was so polite and helpful. She went out of her way to call a few stores and gave us a positive result. I didn’t get her name but the staff at Browns Plains were all wonderful. Keep up the good work!”
