STANDARD DELIVERY
You are responsible to provide a secure, attended delivery address, which is not a PO Box. Deliveries are only for within Australia. We reserve the right to determine if a delivery to a location is safe, practical, and accessible or have potential transport issues and/or risks. In the event that we determine that we are unable to supply your order, a full refund of the purchase price will be provided. For standard items including Furnishings, Decor, Fashion, Accessories, orders below the value of $100 will incur a delivery fee of $9.95. Orders $100 and over will be free of delivery charge. (Note: additional delivery charges may be applicable to deliveries outside metropolitan areas and for Furniture and Bulky item deliveries – this will be determined by the delivery location, access to and within your property) Deliveries will occur, usually, within 5-15days after accepting your order. However, delivery times are not guaranteed. Purchases of multiple products may be delivered separately depending on products warehouse and store location. This will not affect your delivery charges, if applicable.
RETURNS
If you require to return an item purchased, then you need to contact Online Store Enquiries first to arrange the products return. Returns without notification will not be accepted.
All returns for damaged Products must include the product securely packaged, proof of purchase (invoice or receipt). Returns for change of mind Products must be packaged securely, free of damage, in its original carton with labels and unopened. Proof of purchase is also required. A refund or credit will be offered. Products requiring assembly cannot be returned for change of mind. For hygiene reasons – clothing, mattresses, pillows, eiderdowns, duvets and swimwear cannot be returned once the protective seal is removed or opened, unless the item is faulty or does not match the description at the time of purchase.
FASHION & ACCESSORIES
For Fashion and Accessories, you may return them within 7days of receipt of delivery by one of the methods below:

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Upon delivery, you are responsible for checking Products carefully. Any visible defects must be reported to Online Store Enquiriesweborders@jashliving.com.au immediately. We will not accept liability for visible defects not reported within 3 days. If you believe that any product is of an unsatisfactory quality, please contact weborders@jashliving.com.au immediately and treat the Product with utmost care while your claim is being investigated.

ORDERS
Your order will be considered binding as soon as Jash Living Pty Ltd accepts the order. All orders are subject to availability and delivery accessibility.
If you have ordered an item online, which is out of stock, we will attempt to locate the item at our retail store(s) and dispatch to you as soon as the item becomes available. In the advent that the item has sold out, we will notify you.
Bulky Items orders are subject to assessment to determine if the goods are able to be delivered in a safe, accessible and viable manner, which will be determined by your location, availability of a reputable delivery service to care for goods and ability that the delivery service can gain reasonable access to your property. Bulky Items will not be confirmed until delivery access has been established.
You are responsible to ensure your details and aspects are correct on your online order and that the goods are suitable for your requirements, including specifications, measurements, dimensions, product features, access and delivery.

We reserve the right to determine if a delivery to a location is safe, practical, and accessible or have potential transport issues and/or risks. In the event that we determine that we are unable to supply your order, a full refund of the purchase price will be provided Deliveries of Bulky items will usually occur within 28days of accepting your order. An adult must be present at the delivery address to carefully check the product(s), sign for and acknowledge that the goods have been received in an acceptable condition. Orders for Bulky Items below the value of $100 will incur a $9.95 delivery fee. Orders for Bulky Items $100 and over will be delivered free unless otherwise notified Delivery charges may be applied to regional areas and will vary depending on the delivery address. You will be advised of these charges before the order is completed. These charges will be in addition to the amount paid as part of your transaction on this website. Deliveries may be limited to specific delivery days and/or times in your area. We are not able to meet or agree to specific delivery times and dates. Most orders will be delivered by the driver, unassisted. However, delivery dates may vary if the order of products requires more than one person to deliver to ensure safety and damage free delivery. All deliveries are made to your door. We do not offer assistance to place goods in a particular room or location within the place of delivery. Drivers may assist you to place goods on their own volition but the goods are your responsibility and we are not liable for any damages of goods or property should the drivers elect to move goods into the delivery address. Please ensure you inspect and check the goods at the time of delivery and the receipt of goods must be signed for by an adult. If there is any defect or damage, then you must contact Online Store Enquiries immediately. This also includes visible damage to goods or property during the course of delivery. We will not accept liability for visible damage not reported within 3 days of receipt of goods. For Self Assembly goods, you are only required to sign and acknowledge receipt of the packaged Products. It is your responsibility to advise us of any non-standard delivery circumstances or aspects which may affect delivery accessibility when ordering. Extra delivery charges may be applicable in the following circumstances:-

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS, COLOURS AND FEATURES
We make every effort to ensure that the Products we supply correspond as closely as possible to the samples and pictures we display on our website, in promotional material and in our shops. However, there may be variations as natural and handmade materials have unique characteristics and are rarely uniform. No responsibility can be accepted for these variations. We consider these variations to add unique features to the product. Variations include:
Colours may slightly vary from the monitor display. You may visit our store(s) to visually confirm colour styles and variations in person. Measurements are approximates only. Please allow up to 2cm variances in measurements. Leather is a natural product and characteristics such as colour variation, marks, scars and blemishes are natural and do not constitute defects. Marks, wear and scratches occur in everyday use and leather will mould to body shapes over time. Please allow that colour variation may occur between shipment batches as many materials will contain slight variation due to numerous reasons. Variations in colour are more likely if the time period between ordering occurs at different times. Metal and timber items are not treated against aging, weathering, rusting, fading or any other natural process of aging. You should take steps to care and protect your purchase according to your needs. Some Products are artificially aged or finished in appearance which is designed to look aged and stressed to create the appearance of the style. These variances and slight imperfections are not deemed as defects and are considered a natural part of the Product. We reserve the right to alter measurements, specifications and other minor external details where necessary.
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
If you require to return an item purchased, please contact Online Store Enquiries first to arrange the products return. Returns without notification will not be accepted. For Bulky Items, please contact Online Store Enquiries regarding the process to return goods. No return Bulky Items will be accepted without prior authorisation and instruction. Bulky Items cannot be returned to the store directly. For Bulky items returned, there will be a non refundable return fee applicable. We will advise on the return freight cost before despatch.
SALE ITEMS
Are offered through our website only, these are not offered in store unless otherwise specified. Due to these items being a final sale we do not except refunds or exchanges on sale items for change of mind and/or misjudge of sizing. A return will only be accepted if there was a fault with the item or it is not pictured and/or described correctly on our online store. We do not refund any shipping costs for the returned items.

PRICES
Prices states are in Australian dollars, inclusive of GST. Prices exclude delivery charges unless otherwise stated. Prices on this website relate specifically to the product offered for sale on this website and may not apply to the same products offered for sale in Jash Living store(s). PAYMENT METHODS
You may make payments for purchases using Visa, Master Card, American Express or Diners Club.
You confirm that the card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
If the issuer of your card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non delivery.
Store Gift Cards cannot be used to make payments for online purchases.

ONLINE GIFT VOUCHERS
Online Gift Vouchers (OGV) are available in any denomination over $20. OGV purchased on the Jash Living website may only be redeemed on the Jash Living website. OGV may not be redeemed for Jash Living outlets (retail outlets operate a different voucher system and retail store vouchers also may not be redeemed on the Jash Living website) OGV may be used more than once as the online system operates a reducing amount for the OGV. OGV may be used until the balance has reduced to zero value and must be surrendered when OGV is depleted. You cannot obtain a cash advance on OGV or redeem the OGV for cash. Treat your OGV like cash. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced or refunded. When the cost of purchase exceeds the value of the OGV tendered, you will be required to make up the difference. These conditions of use may be varied from time to time.
STORE GIFT CARDS
Store gift cards have no value unless activated at the time of the purchase. Treat store gift cards like cash. The store gift cards expire 12 months from date of issue. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded. Store gift cards redeemable only at Jash Living stores. Store gift cards are not redeemable at Jash Living website. Store gift cards are only redeemable for merchandise or services at Jash Living. Not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged. Store gift cards cannot be reloaded or re-sold. Cash will not be given for any unused balance on store gift cards. If purchase exceeds available card balance you must pay remaining balance with another payment method at the time of sale. We reserve the right to change any of the store gift card terms at any time.

RISK AND TITLE
No order is binding on you or Jash Living until we have accepted the order. All title and risk of ownership to the ordered goods will pass to you once the goods have been despatched to the contracted delivery services including post and other freight carriers and when payment has been made in full.
DEFINITIONS
In these Terms and Conditions, the words and expressions below have the following meanings:
‘Products(s)’ means goods sold on the Jash Living website ‘Self-Assembly’ means homeware items presented and packed for assembly by the customer. ‘Home Furnishings’ mean living decor, cushions, throws, giftware, clocks, vases, lanterns, table pieces, china, lighting, leather bags, garden decor, frames and other home d??cor. ‘Bulky Items’ generally relates to products which exceed 0.1 cubic meters in dimensions. Cubic dimensions are measured by measuring the length, depth and width of an item. These items may include mannequins, large clocks, large wall decor, wall pictures and prints, laundry baskets, storage baskets, easels, cloths racks and other large home pieces.
