Using our Facebook Page
Our Facebook wall is a place for sharing and joining the Glassons conversation. We love hearing from our fans and want you to feel that you are in a safe, friendly and welcoming environment to share your thoughts. Keeping this in mind and so that you can get the most out of our Fan Page, we ask that you follow these simple guidelines:
• Please be kind and polite to other Glassons fans and treat each other as you would like to be treated. Debating is healthy but we ask that you keep it kind!
• Please don’t give out any personal information on the Glassons Facebook Page
• Advertising of any kind will be removed. This includes posts used to direct traffic to other websites, blogs or Facebook pages.
• Please keep your comments on the topic we are discussing. The Glassons Facebook page is a great place for getting fashion news and information about what’s happening at Glassons. Any un-related comments such as spam, celebrity gossip or personal information will be removed.
• We do not allow any offensive or inappropriate language – that includes user names, photographs and any messages that contain swearing, are racist, offensive or violent, and any talk of illegal activities or comments that are for personal financial gain.
• All users of the Glassons Facebook page must be able to easily understand your message. For this reason we can’t allow messages which are written in code or a language which isn’t English.
• Any repeat offenders may be reported and blocked form the Glassons Page.
• We reserve the right to de-tag Glassons from any posts or photos that we deem inappropriate.
• If you contact us through Facebook regarding a customer service issue you will be directed to email us via the Glassons website so we can deal with your query privately.

“10 years ago, when I first starting shopping at Glassons it was all about super skimpy and super cheap clothing. It has totally rebranded and now is quite classy! The clothing is still affordable but now better quality and the styles are very on trend. This is a nice large store with a nice open layout. I enjoy a browse and more often than not a cheeky purchase!”
