As one of the largest dancewear retailers in Australia, we stock all major brands with extensive stock lines encompassing all genre of dance.
Our opening times are: Mon to Fri 8:30am – 5:30pm, Sat 8am to 5pm, Sun prearranged group bookings only
All staff have a background in dance and offer reliable and efficient customer service with a bright and friendly attitude!

Returns Policy Where products are proved to be faulty (not applicable if damaged in transit) Dance Desire is happy to exchange that item for the same product or give a full refund (including postage).
If goods are returned due to the incorrect size ordered, all postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that due to health regulations we cannot accept returns on hosiery or underwear.
Note: If you change your mind about a product for any reason and wish to return it, a 15% restocking fee applies.
Returns will only be accepted if:
the product is found to be faulty the incorrect size has been ordered the product is returned in its original packaging goods are returned within seven days of invoice date a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) has been issued
You can request a RAN by emailing us with: your name, address, phone number and details of the fault and instructions as to whether you would prefer a replacement or refund.
Not included is non-returnable items (i.e. hosiery/underwear and goods damaged in transit).
Please Note: We do not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
If you need to cancel your order please contact us by phone or email. We will provide you with a refund and notify you via SMS or email as soon as this is completed.
Payment options are as follows:
Credit Card Via secure online transaction site e-Path. All credit cards will be processed manually only when goods are ready for despatch. This eliminates the need for refunds on items that are not able to be supplied, have been cancelled or are on backorder. Any additional postage charges (bulky/international orders) will be emailed to you for approval prior to despatch.
PayPal We can issue a full refund (or partial refund) if item(s) ordered are unavailable or on backorder.

Colour & Sizing Charts All charts provided on this website are to be used as a guide only as they may not be a true representation of the product’s attributes.
Product Availability There may be occasions when products become unavailable or are discontinued. These situations are beyond our control and we take no responsibility for situations that arise due to this. In the event that an item is not in stock we will notify you by email and arrange an alternative product or deletion of that item from your order. All orders are released for despatch only upon receipt of cleared payment in full.
Goods Damaged in Transit We take all care in packaging your order appropriately; however we do not take any responsibility for damage caused by delivery courier.
Goods Lost in Transit We do not accept responsibility for orders lost in transit using regular post. For this reason we only send parcels via express post, registered post or courier as they can be tracked, ensuring that you will receive your order. If lost they do carry an insurance amount recoverable through the carrier.
Your Member Account While using the Dance Desire website you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. Dance Desire accepts no responsibility for all activities that occur under your member account. Dance Desire reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, terminate accounts and remove or edit content.
