“Really friendly staff and good trainings for the open water diver course. Went on a couple dives with them after the training and all the instructors are brilliant. Highly recommend to everyone!”
“3-day course = Fantastic value for money. Excellent equipment & fit. However not recommended for first time divers. I would prefer the skills be taught on land – classroom first and again under water. Sadly everything was explained in the pool. Found it very hard/stressful/complicated to comprehend/pay attention to teachings underwater first hand and have lost all confidence to dive. If you have dived before then this is the best place to dive since you are already aware of what to expect and it is definitely great value at the price point.($149)”
“A whole day wasted by the instructor trying to push extra package deals such as “sign up now and we’ll give you a free snorkel” or “book now and you’ll get a free dive”. It seems the instructors get commissions for sales. In addition after learning about the importance of good health for lung function, we were treated to the sight of both instructors smoking cigarettes between dives. Not impressed.”
“Would be happy to write a proper review but since the 5 employees walking around the shop ignoring us like not even being there I can’t do this. We waited for at least 5-10 Minutes in front of the counter clearly waiting to be served. But the personal phone calls and other things where more important. What a joke, 4 people trying to book a tour and buy some equipment might not be worth there effort to even say hello. No thanks!”
“Chris at the counter was very helpful and friendly. They didn’t stock the fins I wanted so they special ordered them for me. He was also working the next time we came in and assisted us with gear hire. We have even booked a boat dive.
The hire bcds were a bit outdated and worn, everything worked perfectly but it was just uncomfortable. Also one of the tanks was only filled to 190 bar so our second dive was not as long as we would have liked.”
