“Amazing service”
“After trawling through countless retail & bridal stores here in Sydney I could not find anything that was suitable or affordable for my 2 little flower girls, so I decided to look online. I stumbled across Lucy Clothing’s website & fell in love with the “Princess Dress”. I phoned to ask a number of questions about returns policy / sizes / fabrics & spoke to Patsy who was incredibly helpful. She asked me to measure my 2 little girls & said she would call me back to recommend which size I should order for them. She did exactly what she promised to do. I placed my order online that day & Patsy explained it the dresses would arrive next week. I was pleasantly surprised when they turned up the very next day! I am astounded at the quality of these gorgeous little dresses for the price I paid (a meager $140 for 2 dresses including shipping). The lace detail is divine, even better than the online image portrays. I ordered the ivory – which is much closer to white than I would like, but that aside I have nothing but good things to say. Thanks Lucy Clothing”
“A huge selection of clothing at great prices but service is abrupt. Should have Lay-buy on more expensive out fits other wise people will be very disappointed. The attitude of the shop person was very abrupt when telling me they had not Lay-buy which brought my daughter to tears.”
“Clothes not bad but rude awful service. If you can get past that then good luck to you!”
“very upset. I took my son 10 and daughter 9 shopping with me to Lucy’s boutique on Grand Junction Rd to look at bridal party clothing, my daughter tried on a few flower girl dresses and my son tried on a lovely shirt. You have to ask to go into the bridal section so I approached the saleswoman and asked but was told that my children (who were surprisingly well behaved) were not welcome in there and I would have to leave them outside…. instead we just left as there was no way I was leaving them unattended!”
