“Still haven’t bought anything from Saba since my boots incident but I nearly did on the weekend as they have some really nice items on sale right now. They have dresses made from japanese crepe, italian yarn jackets and beautiful knits. Staff are attentive and help take items to changerooms as you shop.”
“I entered Chatswood Chases Saba store on a late Friday afternoon but since it was only minutes before closing time, I wasnt really expecting the usual Saba treatment: a friendly greet followed by my chance to browse the store at my own pace. But I was wrong. The staffs were still very friendly and I still even had the chance to try out several clothing items before I finally proceed with a purchase. There was another customer who was also finalising her purchase, and both of the staffs were still giving exceptional high-quality service. This store is perhaps an oasis to its David Jones Saba section nearby that is regularly unattended and look a little less organized. It is so much easier to browse at this particular store, and with subtle yet distinct separation between mens and womens sections (including separate changing room areas), this spacious shop can easily be my new favourite Saba store.”
“I love Saba but I bought a pair of boots here and after 3 weeks the soles had worn out. To my knowledge boots are made to be worn for more than 3 weeks… I brought them back hoping they could repair them but in the end I was told that it was the way I was walking (even though I don’t have any issues with other shoes I buy). Won’t be buying anything from here any time soon.”
“Very rarely find anything when i’m there, but its worth looking around as they do have sales pretty often.”
