About us
Conveniently located centrally on Majors Bay Road in Concord, physio@majorsbay is a family owned and run physiotherapy practice. Our husband and wife principals, Paul and Tina Picone have lived in the area for over 20 years and have established a very well respected community-based practice, providing the highest quality treatment across a wide spectrum of specialised physiotherapy services. The practice prides itself on giving quality time to each and every patient, with a focus on hands-on manual therapy and exercise therapy backed by cutting edge research.
We have developed a solid network of excellent general practitioners, fitness trainers, radiology providers and some of the best surgeons and medical specialists in the country, to whom we readily refer patients where need be. Clients come to the practice through a steady flow of referrals from this network. More so, we pride ourselves on our strong word of mouth referrals, where clients recommend their network of friends and family after their successful rehabilitation. Having clients revisit the practice over time with different injuries, speaks volumes with the trust of our team.
Our physiotherapists have a strong background in sports and sports injuries themselves, giving them the compassion, empathy and personal experience to help guide you through your rehabilitation. While professional, our friendly and relaxed atmosphere will allow you to enjoy the experience whilst working towards your rehabilitation goals.
