Russell here… Just wanted to follow up on my physio appointment with Andrew Hunter…
Bottom line – great! He was able to relate knee problem to inflexibility in specific areas combined with slight over reach to handlebars (likely a result of me dropping bars and fiddling around with new seat).
He has given me a stretching and strengthening program to improve me physically and suggested moving seat slightly forward and up to help with reach. I’ll also raise the handlebars back to original height.
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to other customers. (And HCF paid for the whole thing).
