Kate is a fully qualified Remedial massage therapist, with a background in Naturopathy and Disability services.   Kate has worked extensively in the health industry, both here in Australia and the UK, assisting people to reach their full health potential through a range of holistic and natural therapies.
Kate is the founder of Vital Body Balance and currently offers Facials, Body treatments plus Remedial and Therapeutic massage incorporating techniques such as Deep tissue, Trigger point therapy, Myofacial release, Acupressure plus Joint loosening and stretching.
Each treatment provided at Vital Body Balance, is holistically created to meet the unique requirements of each individual and is achieved by on going communication between the client and therapist.  Kate will listen and assess your needs before each session and tailor the treatment to your specific requirements.  Whether you have neck and shoulder pain or need assistance reducing your stress levels, Kate will create a treatment plan to ensure that you get the best possible outcome from your treatment.
In addition,  Kate is a member of the Australian Association of Massage Therapists (AAMT) and is able to provide Health Fund Rebates.  Kate is also able to provide Naturopathic, dietary and lifestyle advice and guidance on request, just ask.

Remedial Massage – Health Rebates available 
 
Includes an assessment, treatment of specific muscle groups with the aim of reducing muscle discomfort and pain.  This treatment encorporates a range of techniqes and a treatment plan tailored to your requirements.  (1 hr includes a
10 minute assessment followed by approximately 50 minutes massage).
30 mins  – $50.00
1 hour    – $70.00
1.5 hour – $110.00
Relaxation/Therapeutic Massage – (Aromatherapy optional)
 
The aim of this treatment is to reduce stress and fatigue by inducing a feeling of wellbeing and deep relaxation.  Enjoy the application of aromatherapy oils being massaged into your tired muscles, while your mind is stilled and soothed by gentle music.
30 mins  – $50.00
1 hour    – $70.00
1.5 hour – $110.00
Pregnancy Massage
If there’s a  time to be nurtured and pampered it’s now!  Come and enjoy an hour of total relaxation,  where it’s all about you.  Let us gently massage your muscles and send you into the land of bliss. (Please note massage can not be performed in the fist Trimester of pregnancy, please inform the therapist that you are pregnant when you book your appointment).
1 hour     –  $75.00
Chakra Balancing
Are you feeling out of sorts, tired, run down? If so, try having your Chakras balanced at the end of your treatment to put your system back into sync’.
If you have a full Reiki treatment Chakra Balancing will take place as part of that treatment so there is no additional fee).
