With her life coaching and intuitive skills, she incorporates The Liquid Crystal Wisdom, and is trained in many modalities, such as Bowen Therapy, Reiki, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and many more. You can feel Sofia’s passion, while she takes time to listen to you and your body guide her on issues which hold you back from your awesomeness. Sofia always aims to treat every individual from a holistic perspective. She thrives on sharing nutritional advice end ways of benefiting your body mind and soul.

Ear Candling:

This involves lighting a hollow candle specially made for this treatment, and placing it into the ear canal. A soft suction caused by the heat then drives the earwax from the canal up into the candle
