“WARNING! Don’t use this hairdresser! After being quoted $130 for chemical straightening I was taken out the back not to a room but to the LANEWAY out the back. I was in shock. They bought over a disguarded shopping trolley & used it for my chemicals, I waited in the laneway by myself & employees from other shops kept walking pass me. On top of this; chemicals went all over my clothes and skin, my ears are water logged, I was wrapped in cheap brown butchers paper, one lady was as rough as guts instead of being ask to tilt your head she would just push you and the shop had flies. I thought $130 was for the cheap n nasty service something acceptable in the backstreet vietnam but not in oz. To my suprise when it came time to pay I was asked to pay $230 $100 more than I was quoted. after arguing over their service I paid $150 but thought that was extremely nice for the worst experience of my life! “
