THE STUDIO WAS OPENED IN 2010 IN ORDER TO PROVIDE A RELAXING ENVIRONMENT IN WHICH TO LEARN PILATES. WE SPECIALISE IN SMALL GROUP PILATES CLASSES WHERE BENEFITS ARE ACHIEVED THROUGH PROPER TECHNIQUE AND CLOSE SUPERVISION. ALL THE INSTRUCTORS ARE HIGHLY TRAINED IN CREATING PERSONALISED PROGRAMS AND MODIFYING AND PROGRESSING EXERCISES.
