“I booked an appointment on 3rd Sep Thursday for 4 pm and reached there at 3.40pm. She sent her husband in straight away in the room without asking me if i am comfortable getting massage from a male. I said no so At 3.45pm she said she can do (45 mins) till 4.30 pm only as she had another appointment. I refused so she said book again & booked for Saturday 5th sep 3.30 pm. I had paid for my son’s childcare & tram fare to go for massage but all time and money wasted. 
On 5th Sep when i went again, the service i received was worst ever. They are absolutely unprofessional. I was waiting in a cold room for 10 mins without clothes & she was busy taking calls. No heater was turned on despite requesting several times on such a cold day. On top of everything the lady was continuously talking to her husband & son in next cubicle while doing my massage. I had gone to receive massage not to bear the torture of hearing someone’s conversation in Chinese for 1 long hour. I even requested for silence but nothing changed. she was even taking calls on phone while doing massage. I am 100% sure she was not a trained professional as any layman can do it better than her. she was just passing time tapping on my body and talking to her family. when asked she din’t massage the feet. I guess feet are a part of one’s body and are included in body massage. And Yes, The towels were dirty and used for other people.
In short,the whole experience was a COMPLETE TORTURE for ONE HOUR & i deeply regret wasting my money buying this scoopon deal.
