I have 18 years experience in giving the amazing Ka Huna bodywork, a traditional form of Hawaiian massage. A massage experience like no other, you will leave feeling relaxed, invigorated, balanced and peaceful.
Hawaiian Ka Huna massage is a unique, flowing, energetically vibrant yet deeply relaxing full body massage. It works gently yet deeply into the muscles with continuous flowing strokes, totally nurturing the body and allowing you to relax, give in and simply enjoy.
What makes Ka Huna massage such a unique style is the combination of movement, rhythm, breath, music, energy and massage. It uses hands, forearms and elbows in long fluid strokes of varying intensity and rhythm up and down and all around the body.
The flow also incorporates stretches, under-body work, deep tissue techniques and breath. The energising effects of these stimulating movements and creative techniques are combined with clear healing intent for positive transformation, relaxation and wholeness on all levels.
Anyone of any age or background can experience a Ka Huna massage. I tailor each massage to suit the individual client.
