Tactonics massage therapy was established in 2001 by Teresa Mina – Remedial massage therapist.
Teresa has over 16 years of experience as a therapist; and is dedicated to assisting people with improving and maintaining their general well being with soft tissue therapies.
Having trained at The Southern School of Natural Therapies, her modalities include Remedial & Sports Massage, Deep tissue massage, Relaxation massage, Foot Reflexology and Manual Lymphatic drainage.
Teresa’s main interests lie in the use of massage for chronic pain conditions, post trauma rehabilitation and stress management.
Our mission at tactonics is to provide superior complimentary therapies to anybody who is interested in improving their quality of life and wellbeing.
All therapists practising at tactonics are fully qualified and highly skilled practitioners. All are members of relevant Professional Associations and adhere to the ethical standards & codes of practice set out by their respective associations.
