Blyss Therapies originated from the core belief of the importance of looking after our body through treatment, good nutrition and a healthy mindset.
Blyss traces its humble beginnings to 2011, operating out of a single room in the Yarra Valley. Initially treating clients from the local area, it soon became necessary to move to a larger space to be able to service a growing client base. In 2014 Blyss found common values in holistic health, wellness and exercise with the Belinda Carusi Fitness Hub in Kilsyth South, where it now calls home.

Myotherapy
Myotherapy is the assessment, treatment and management of musculoskeletal conditions, which may cause muscular dysfunction and pain thus affecting movement and mobility. Remedial Massage
Remedial Massage is a treatment modality that manipulates the soft tissues of the body including movement for a specific therapeutic effect, rather than a general therapeutic effect. It uses relevant techniques, lubricants and movements according to the client’s needs and response. This leads to the healing process, which begins at the cellular level aiding soft tissues in repairing, restoring functional integrity and adapting back to health.
Dry Needling
Dry Needling is a non-invasive form of myofascial trigger point therapy, whereby a solid filiform needle is inserted into a muscle suffering multiple contraction knots. A great way of aiding the release of muscle tightness, it also promotes recovery at the cellular level.
