Initially a Beauty Therapist, I was drawn to to Massage Therapy early on.  Not only does massage effect the muscles and tissues of the body, but it also has a powerful effect on the mind and soul as well. Daily life is stressful and if ignored may lead to chronic poor health leading to illnesses, depression, aches and pains etc. Regular massage is one of the easiest ways to maintain optimal health and balance in life which is why I love it so much. I’ve realised that massage therapy allows the mind to surrender while the body is being healed and the soul nurtured. Massage should be a relaxing and rejuvenating experience which also addresses these underlying concerns.
Complementing massage, I have been practicing yoga in Bayside for over 10 years now and have been fortunate enough to work as a massage therapist on Yoga retreats organised by my teacher. I find my love of yoga and movement has also helped me on this journey of wellness.
I also incorporate my years as a Day Spa therapist into my treatments to provide a calming,relaxing, and rejuvenating environment and combine it with the clinical benefits of remedial massage.
