“Quite possibly the worst massage experience I have ever had – they don’t even deserve half a star. I walked in (no appointment required) on a Saturday morning in February. Throughout my one hour massage the therapist went to answer the outside door (signaled by a loud doorbell) FOUR times. There was no sign on the door saying come back later, session in progress or any other staff member to answer the door. I couldn’t believe staff left me during my massage time so frequently to answer a door. How rude. After the first time I thought staff might put a sign up but the same pattern happened a further three times after that. The rooms were hot and stuffy and a small cooling fan was uncomfortably blowing on me throughout the massage but was needed due to the hot box we were in. The background music was too loud and intrusive – horrible unrelaxing piano music – on what must have been a 17 minute long CD. I heard every song more than 3 times. The massage itself was completely underwhelming. A ridiculous amount of oil was used and every time staff needed more oil staff took both hands off my body, added a lot more oil then wiped hands with tissues before resuming the massage again. There was no flow to the massage. Staff did my back and my legs. Then staff did my back and legs again. Then finished off with my back again. All whilst I was face down. Didn’t get arms done or get asked to flip over onto my back for any front muscles. By mid way through the massage I just couldn’t be bothered even asking for staff to change. I was beyond frustrated at the lack of professionalism and poor massage techniques. I would have expected more for a $70 (+credit card surcharge) fee. Needless to say I will not be going back and will not recommend any of the chains of this massage service to anyone. It’s a shame because they are popping up all over Brunswick/Coburg areas but I can’t see them lasting if everyone has an experience like my own. Don’t waste your time on them. You will be sadly disappointed.”
“It was my first time to visit that place but not first time to do massage. The place looks new but the service was poor. Unfortunately, I did not enjoyed the massage as they were doing it in hurry with very poor massage experience. I do not recommend this place for who want professional massage to fix his/her problem.”
