“I simply have to say I enjoyed my time here. Atmosphere was great and I really felt looked after by the staffs working there. The massage was superb, hits the spot well!!! I am fussy but I have to say I was absolutely satisfied after the massage. I will definitely come again and enjoy the service!”
“Hubby bought a deal for me as pressy, the place was not a commercial joint, was unsure at the start but after the wonderful experience I found that because its not in a commercial area the service is more personable and staff gave me more attention compare to others. Foot spa was good and the staff explained what they have put in the tub and what they r for. Very informative. Massage was relaxing after the spa and followed by facial. Costed less that what I would normally pay for a full facial. Good value. Worth going”
“fanstic experience! clean and relaxed enviroment. professional staff. thanks to the girls. That’s the best afternoon!”
“I went to Sparadise after seeing a deal on Living Social – I decided on the pricier option of a facial and a massage. First off, the place is in a residential house in a labyrinth of smaller streets. As a single girl, walking into an unknown house with unknown people was really disconcerting. I was taken out the back to some lounge chairs for a footsoak which was fairly boring after being a choice of slippers still bearing the names of hotels they were taken from. When I went for my massage/facial the face-hole in the table smelt horrid although the massage itself was nice. My facial was average although when my mask was on and usually you are left alone in peace and quiet I could hear other customers in the adjoining room. Of course, all that was in the way of naked me and other people was a shoddily hung curtain across the room. When I was supposed to be “relaxing” I was hearing about how a staff wanted to make an appointment on Saturday as opposed to Friday because the staff wasn’t able to get off work early enough. Not particularly fun. After the treatment I was marched into a room with products and had the hard sell put on me, buying nothing I was given a card and marched out. Next day my skin had broken out really badly from the treatment which is really uncommon for me because I have super tolerant skin. I was actually quite shocked. I’m not someone who tends to leave bad reviews for businesses but this place was shocking. Normally I would chalk bad service down to someone having an off day but the entire set up of this “spa” is really poor. If you want to pay to sit on a smelly table and have products that aren’t right for your skin type smeared into your face while you wondering if the person in the next room will choose the 11am appointment over the 12pm appointment – then you’re in luck! Save your pennies for a better place.”
