For many years Frank Panetta has had a passion for Energy (Qi) & Natural Healing therapies. This interest led him to study Shiatsu. Frank decided to study at East West College in 2006. Frank now holds a Diploma in Shiatsu & Oriental Therapies and a Certificate IV in Shiatsu at East West College (Melbourne). He is a member of the Shiatsu Therapy Association of Australia (S.T.A.A).
Frank combines the diagnostic philosophy of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) with touch. He works with clients in a creative and spontaneous way. What this means is that each session with Frank will be different, as he responds to your presenting mental, physical or emotional symptoms on the particular day. Frank adopts a holistic approach to health, aiming to address symptoms as well as their cause.
Through deep tissue pressure, stretching, resistance exercises, joint immobilisations, Frank will work on your muscles and more deeply on internal organs, nervous system and meridians (energy channels), to release tension and re-direct blocked energy to restore harmony to your body and mind.
