About Simon Macdonald
Principal Accountant – simon@blackbearaccountants.com.au
Simon has worked in marketing, tourism and management, and owned successful small businesses. After  many years in the city of Brisbane cutting his teeth in award winning mid-tier practice Vincent’s, he created Black Bear in 2012.
He holds all of the required qualifications along with a few extras, including:
Bachelor of Business (SCU); 
Masters of Commerce (UQ); 
Registered Tax Agent; 
Registered ASIC Agent; 
Xero Certified Accountant.
When he is not Black Bear his perfect day would be snowboarding with family and friends, followed by an icy cold lager.
