“Ella Bache Cardinale is fantastic. The staff are friendly, and I always get great results from their products and treatments. They are understanding should you need to change an appointment time, and the store always looks good.”
“Absolutely terrible service and terrible work. Having paid $150 for a full set of silk lashes for my wedding, which I was extremely careful with as it was for my wedding in a couple of days time, more than half fell off by the big day. These were supposed to last 2 weeks + but didn\’t even last 4 days. I ended up having my makeup artist on the day put more on which I wanted to avoid given I wear contacts and didn\’t want it to possibly annoy my eyes. I called and notified Ella Bache Carindale of this after the wedding, their response was that I should have notified them at the time to fix it, the fact that I was in Byron Bay for my wedding didn\’t seem to matter, they offered a free (lower priced) treatment which I rejected as I was going back to London (where I live) very shortly. I said I wanted my money back and that they would get back to me but never responded. Disappointed that I not only spent my money but also my time getting a redundant service with a store that is clearly badly managed. Very shocked.”
“Terrible waxing – 43mins for a full leg, g-bikini & eyebrow wax. Fast but definately not quality, therapst didn’t talk or supply name. I couldn’t work out if more wax or hair was left on my legs and my g-bikini wax had a 70s theme happening. The only part to be thorough waxed was my eyebrows, with no consultation there were left in an unappealing super-thin line. Terrible customer service – I called the salon with the intent of asking for the job to be completed, Jocelyn answered (I made sure I asked for a name this time) and responded with “I’ll tell the manager” before hanging up. No response was received so I went elsewhere to have it corrected.”
