Malcolm Borgeaud – B Com, FCPA, MAICD
Malcolm is the Principal of Borgeaud & Co and has a broad financial services and business background with over 21 years of accounting and tax services experience, combined with 10 years of senior management international marketing involvement.
Malcolm also holds Board positions with a number of not-for-profit organisations.  He is also closely involved with CPA Australia, serving on a number of committees (including as Chair) of the Qld Public Practice Committee, the National Insurance and Professional Standards Scheme Committees and (currently) the Environmental, Social and Governance Centre of Excellence.
Susan Tran – B Bus, CPA
With nearly a decade of experience at Borgeaud & Co, Susan is a hands-on consultant with a broad range of individual, company and trust taxation skills.  She specialises in income tax and GST issues as they relate to property development and property transactions.
Marissa Burton – B Bus, CPA
Marissa has a particular focus on tax law as it relates to individuals, property and share investors, companies and trusts.  She is also developing a thorough knowledge of taxation issues concerning not-for-profit organisations and deceased estates.
Marissa has been part of the Borgeaud team since 2006 and has completed a Bachelor of Business and CPA program.
Asara Wijeratne – B Bus, ASA
Asara’s specialises in taxation issues related to individuals and rental properties. Asara has been with Borgeaud & Co since 2010, shortly after joining us Asara completed a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting.
Catharine Soon
Catharine keeps the Borgeaud team organised and on our toes and is the first voice you’ll hear at the end of the line when you call us.  Catharine has been with us for more than five years, so there’s not much about the running of our business that she doesn’t know!  She will respond to your queries quickly or put you through to the right accountant to assist you.
