I started all buffed up 12 years ago with the vision to bring a warm, modern and sophisticated salon to Mooroolbark. “I loved all buffed up for so long and would never go anywhere else to get my eyebrows waxed. Also had tans and make up done on occasions. But now I will never go back there. I had one young girl who when I arrived was angry because I was 5 minutes late for my appointment and cracked it with me but took me into a room anyway. Once in the room she didn’t even ask what I wanted but I politely said that I didn’t want them too thin and that I just wanted to tidy them up and keep some shape. She then proceeded to wax my eyebrows so badly that they were almost one hair line thin and I had a red raw rash for days because of how she had done it.”
