How it all began – our idea of the perfect outsourced team
How it all began 
A few years back, we had a requirement to increase our administration staff as our business grew.  We had occasionally used online contractors, however, needed a more permanent solution to our staffing needs.  We decided to build an outsourced team who were all working together in the one office and could grow with us. They had to be Australian Trained and Managed, however, we were comfortable that they would be offshore staff.  We investigated offshoring in the Philippines, which was growing rapidly.
The Outsourcing solution 
We could see this was the solution that was going to provide for our business growth, and that we could also assist our customers to set up their own teams.  So CloudTeams Outsourcing was added to the CTO group of companies.
Our biggest challenge was making sure our staff knew what we wanted them to do and to provide quality work.  This is why we personally began extensive training with our offshore staff, using quality Australian trainers.
