After the job was complete we noticed they had put the hot & cold the wrong way around in the kitchen. We had to chase them multiple times to come back & fix it. A few months later the tap had come loose months went buy they never returned my phone calls or text messages. The manager Con finally contacted me and said that they would fix the loose tap – but it would cost us as it is normal wear & tear? Normal wear & tear should happen after years, not months. I would not recommend Ikon plumbing as once they do the dodgy job, don’t expect them to come & fix the mistakes they made behind.”</p>
