“I had DELUXE pedicure there that costs $85 and includes massage! Just pedicure costs $55! But peeling the heels is extra $25? I didn’t get any massage! Feels like the therapist hates her job and customers as she didn’t wanna do things customers pay for!”

For my first appointment I was stuck in traffic and running late, and not only did the girls completely understand, they stayed behind late so I could enjoy my full treatment. For all my appointments, each girl has been extremely friendly and chatty, while maintaining exceptional professionalism. I have also noticed that all the girls in the salon get on extremely well together, creating an incredibly harmonious environment to be in. After 20 minutes I asked what was going on and was told someone called in sick. They didn’t apologise for being late and when I asked why they hadn’t told me before so I could have done other things with my time and then come back she said it wasn’t company policy to… Geez what about basic courtesy??”
